I can no longer log into the game because "The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time."prior to this I experienced heavy chat lag and wanted to restart the game, hoping that would helpI'd submit a ticket but I'd need to login for that which I can't do there either.
I've been having this issue for a week now as well. It feels like I'm occasionally connecting to dead/overworked servers ingame when I get infinite loading screens and am stuck in STATE_SERVER_WAIT, and seemingly also dead login servers. Or otherwise, am unable to connect to said servers.
It's an issue specific to australia because gw2 works fine for the rest of the world. More so since australians atm have issues connecting with battle.net, ubisoft, ea, playstation and a bunch of other services.
I've noticed GW2 has been crashing randomly for the past few days and now all of a sudden I can't log in at all. I've even tested using different internet connection and I still had the same issue, so I know it isn't my internet.

Couldn't log into game. So I tried Support. It says the email and password doesn't match. So I used the "forgot password" option which says it sent the email to the correct address by name, but have not actually arrived there.
